Error 403 or Jira URL (Jira Macro)

Hello,

(First of all, I checked this existing topic but the problem is not the same)

  1. We installed the Jira macro extension
  2. Configured it with ID, URL and basic auth (username/password of a superadmin)
  3. We get this error message :

The direct access to this URL is ok from this superadmin’s browser.

We’re out of guesses, any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

you might be facing: Loading...

AFAIR the jira macro currently doesn’t work properly with Jira Cloud instances.

I think Loading... needs to be retested since AFAIR we have upgraded the jira client library since that time.

@ZoeThivet could you do what’s indicated in the error message and click it to get the details, and paste the full stack trace here? Thx
