Error 423 on create & edit any page

Hello,

We set up 2 environments with the same configurations. Our production environment is up and running, everything is ok. But our test environment has a problem: everytime we try to create or edit a page, there is this warning message. Even if we click on the yellow button “Force edition”, it doesn’t work.

In the inspector we can see an error 423.

Have you ever seen this?

Your screenshot indeed shows that something is wrong in your instance. The lock warning usually shows the reason for the lock in the modal.

A few questions:

  • What’s the exact XWiki version?
  • Can you spot something in the client or server logs?
  • Do the issue happen with all users?
