Every time the plugin getting removed

Issue 1:Trying to configure Open Id connect, every time its plugin getting removed when we try to restart the Pod and Tomcat server to reflect the changes.

Issue 2: Every time it is taking us to Installation wizard and when I try to Install standard flavor again from Administration console its throwing velocity macro error.

Is there a solution for this issues? I have hard time configuring Open ID connect to xwiki app, got stuck with this.

It really looks like you don’t have a stable permanent directory set in xwiki.properties and it gets wiped.

I did set it up.

environment.permanentDirectory=/usr/local/xwiki/data

OK but everything you describe suggest that you loose the content of that folder for some reason. That’s where JAR extensions are located so it explain both your issues.

Made some changes to directory and restarted the server.
