when user is entering validation key or clicking on link to validate user facing issue (confirmdoc.getURL())

Hello @Suraj,

In order to be able to help, we’ll need more information. From the top of my head:

  • your XWiki version
  • did you perform an upgrade recently?
  • do you have some additional extensions installed?
  • did you change some configurations?
  • is there something interesting in the server logs?

I don’t know if this will help, but I’m on a 14.2.1 and experimenting with subwikis.

I made a subwiki with local users (both main wiki and the subwiki authenticate against LDAP):

If I login directly from a subwiki page, my profile page has the following url:

http://<hostname>/xwiki/wiki/techtest01localusers/view/XWiki/%24%7BldapsAMAccountName%7D_1

while if I login from the main wiki, this one:

http://<hostname>/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/<ldap username>
