Failed to start and connect office server when " xwiki:10.4-mysql-tomcat " start sometime

Hello!
XWiki starts well on most time , but some time ,it will throw this error " ERROR .OfficeServerLifecycleListener - Error while connecting / starting the office server."
What cause it and what it depend on ? I have encounter more than one time.
