Favorites Application version 1.0 released

Hi,

I’m happy to announce the release of version 1.0 of the Favorites Application.

This application can be used to set a panel allowing to list and manage a list of favorite pages in the Wiki. It also supports a default list of favorites for new users.

Small note: I think you create absolute URLs instead of internal URLs, right? On the screenshots of https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Favorites%20Application/ I see an arrow after the favorite links, which signify external links. Is that a bug?
