I’d like to plug a kind of “FlipBoard” on a tablet near the cafe-machine on all sub-pages of a part of the Wiki.
Is it possible to activate something-somewhere in my XWiki 9.x so i can connect RssOwl or FlipBoard to this sub-folders activity
What would be the url ?
Should i install a plugin ?

I don’t really understand what you’re asking. You want to integrate RssOwl/Flipboard in xwiki? If so, are these websites and do they offer some APIs to do so (like some REST APIs)? RssOwl seems to be some desktop app so I really don’t see how you would integrate it in XWiki…
In term of RSS reading, XWiki offers an RSS macro (http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/RSS%20Macro) and an RSS Aggregator Macro (http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/RSS%20Aggregator%20Macro).
