Fly over image on a imagemap

Hello
I would love to have a html code xwiki compatible to be able to have a fly over window on top of an image. Mean, I do have a picture in my wiki, with html code to define an image map.
as target either a popup, but my prefrence is a fly over image as i do not want to click on the image

Any clue ??

Only thing like that I encountered so far in the fast xwiki extension repository is the Image Map Macro.
But that requires a click on the image.

Generally, a preview (for links) like wikipedia page previews would be cool.
