How can I get plain FAQ page for guests?

How can I get rid of that dashboard and xwiki for guest?
I just want plain public read only FAQ page (it’s working) for guests
and if I log in, I can edit it (add FAQs).

For the XWiki area, one option is to deny the anonymous user the right to view (see the [Access Rights] documentation (https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Documentation/AdminGuide/Access%20Rights/)).

For the dashboard, one option is to remove the “Application” dashboard from the panel administration (see the Panels Application documentation). However, in this case, even logged in users won’t be able to see the panel.
