How much database/filesystem disk storage is needed per 100 users?

Looking for suggestions on how much storage is needed by database and filesystem per 100 users, roughly speaking?

It’d be easier to roughly decide the numbers if we know what data is stored by the database and what data is kept on the filesystem? It seems all the Wiki pages and attachments are saved on the filesystem. If so, the capacity and size of filesystem should grow linearly with the number of users? And the size of the database would stay relatively small and wouldn’t grow much after some initial setup?

It’s impossible to say. One user can store videos of 100TB just by himself/herself for example
