How do users collect a page? How does this favorite page show up?
I have not found a solution on the official website, do you have a better idea?

I guess you mean subscribing to / watching pages. So depending on the xwiki version you use take a look at:
- Notifications (current xwiki)
- Watchlist (older xwiki versions)
