How to change browser tab title so it doesnt show "XWiki"

Hi

The title on my wiki (source code for the html below) is showing “XWiki” like this:

   <title>XWiki - Main.Frogs.Green Green Frogs</title>

I need it to be this

   <title>Frogs-r-us - Main.Frogs.Green Green Frogs</title>
