How to modify fonts on 10.6.1 Version of XWiki?

Hello Community,

I’m a new XWiki’s user. How can change my font on the 10.6.1 release ?

Can I create my personal font ?

Regards,

Hunghers.

The ColorThemes define the fonts used by the current layout.

In the Wiki Administration go to “Look & Feel” → “Themes”
There is a link “Manage Color Themes”. This leads you to a page where all color themes are shown, and where you can pick one as the active one.

To use a different font, you can edit the currently active color theme (click on the theme, then on the following page choose the “Edit” button like you would do for a normal wiki page). The section “Typography” defines the currently used fonts.
Better keep a "default font like sans-serif as fallback font in the comma separated list of fonts you can define there. The form for the fonts is used to define some CSS font declarations, so if you are not familiar with these, better check some documentation, e.g. at font - CSS: Cascading Style Sheets | MDN

To use a custom font that you want to load i.e. from google fonts or the like, you need to insert a line in the HTML <head> section to load the font.
This is possible in the Wiki Admin under “Look & Feel” → Presentation.
Scroll down to the text area “HTTP Meta Info”. There you can insert the HTML code to load the font.
Be careful, as inserting broken HTML there might break the complete layout and make the wiki look very weird and hard to use.
