How to properly access wiki on port 80 to use it for particular domain

Dear community,
how can I please properly call XWIKI on port 80 to route it to particular domain. I want to route actually a sub-wiki.

Isn’t there a problem with XWIKI sharing Tomcat with other installations of another software? Has to be XWIKI on Tomcat alone in order to set port 80 access to it via Apache? I thought only problem is two XWIKIs on same installation of Tomcat.
Example domain like: “something.exampleexample.eu” has to be set to subwiki example adress: “http://12.23.45.56:8080/xwiki/wiki/subwikiname/”.
