I created a live table macro at the bottom of the post so that I could still access other posts while still in the post.
But it’s a shame.
it doesn’t highlight what I’m currently logged on to.

There’s no built-in feature for this but can be implemented with a bit of code / scripting. Either from JavaScript, by listening to the live table events and modifying the styles of the row that matches the current page, or from server side, using a custom live table results page.
