I am newbie on this platform but, I want to start contributing and providing translations seems good place to start
There is some translation of Hindi but not much, so it’s would definitely be a welcome contribution 
In addition, to mentioned link, the most correct way and that will simplify the translation in the future, is to start with the section XWiki Core Resources.
