I want to move my Miraheze wiki to XWiki. It seems that an XAR file can be imported, but Miraheze only offers a backup via datadump as an XML file.
Is it possible to convert that XML to XAR? Or is there a better way?

Miraheze seems to be running mediawiki.
In this case the way to go is to follow the Import a MediaWiki export in an XWiki instance explanations from the MediaWiki XML extension.
