In-wiki settings fails to take effect or takes effect with a delay

When I am configuring some in-wiki settings, such as setting XWiki.TranslationDocumentClass, XWiki.OIDC.ClientConfigurationClass, etc., I often encounter issues where the xwiki configuration either fails to take effect or takes effect with a delay.

Google AI informed me that I could create a temporary page and add the following content to force a refresh of XWiki’s L10 Cache. This approach indeed worked.

I want to know：

is what Google AI said correct? Why does this in-wiki configuration delay occur?

Can the official team update a feature to allow users to manually refresh the cache?

Hi. AFAIR, any change to a page having an XWiki.TranslationDocumentClass object is processed immediately on save and thus the transaltions are taken into account immediately, without delay. At least it used to be like this. There’s some caching for sure, but it’s supposed to be refreshed when a page with a XWiki.TranslationDocumentClass object is created or modified.

Right now I’m failing to see how displaying a translation page would force the loading of its translations.
