Include small LiveData improvment in 14.10.20

Hi everyone,

I’m opening a vote to request adding a small improvment in 14.10.20: Loading....
Normally we only cherry-pick bug fixes as we’re supposed to stabilize, but this improvment is really not dangerous (only consists in adding a data-index attribute in some DOM elements) and I’m planning to use for Words-based notification application, which I’d like to be usable with 14.10.20.
