Install LDAP extention

HI All,

I have a server with no internet connection ( no proxy) . For install xwiki module, I use Jar files.
I need to configure LDAP authent, for this i was installed on my xwiki 15.1:

  • org.xwiki.contrib.ldap_ldap-authenticator_9.8.0.jar
  • org.xwiki.contrib.ldap_ldap-ui_9.8.0 (1).xar
    But Ldap not start, it display message : “LDAP service is not available. Please verify your installation.”

Anyone, can help me to debug this problem ?

Hi @victor

Have you followed the instructions in https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/LDAP/Authenticator/#HGenericLDAPconfiguration? Is the LDAP configured in the xwiki.cfg file?
