XWiki doesn’t use polyfill.js and, what’s more important, XWiki doesn’t load JavaScript / CSS libraries from CDNs (at runtime) because XWiki doesn’t require internet access on the servers it is running on. All used JavaScript and CSS libraries are bundled.
