This is a bug fix version that works around a regression introduced in XWiki 12.9RC1 (and that was fixed in XWiki 12.10RC1). This makes the JIRA macro v8.6.1 not work at all on these versions of XWiki. Upgrading to v8.6.2 fixes the problem.
