LaTeX Extension 1.16 Released

Hello,

Version 1.16 of the LaTeX extension has been released. The main improvement of the release if the possibility to add content before and after each kind of block using Use Interface Extensions (UIXs).

This release also comes with some bugfixes and improvements for developers.
