A new version of the Limits Application is available. See
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Limits+Application/#Hv2.0
You can install with the Extension Manager.
This version requires XWiki >= 8.4 to work, that is why the major version number increases. The only real change is about having the ability to create custom limits stored as a string, for advanced use-cases (like having a prefix for some page, or whatever).
