Macro "display" and "include" misses 2 keys

Hi.

I wonder why one option in the display macro isn’t translated to german. After looking inside Weblate I see 19 keys. But none of them is showing those two parts:

  • Exclude First Heading
  • Exclude the first heading from the displayed document or section.

Where are these keys?

I found them while testing some keys. For manual translation I added a page with a translation object and this text:

rendering.macro.display.parameter.excludeFirstHeading.name=Erste Überschrift ausschließen
rendering.macro.display.parameter.excludeFirstHeading.description=Schließt die erste Überschrift aus dem angezeigten Dokument oder Abschnitt aus.

So this is a first solution but should be fixed for Weblate and all translation.

include macro misses them too. The keys are the following:

  • rendering.macro.include.parameter.excludeFirstHeading.name
  • rendering.macro.include.parameter.excludeFirstHeading.description

Hi @Simpel, looks like someone forgot, indeed.

Would be great if you could create BUG issue on Loading... about that.
