Menu Application - Access Rights in menu items

Hello!

I have been using this great application so called “menu application”.
I would like to give access to the subfolder “Guidelines” (as seen in the attached screenshot) to a specific User Group I have created, meaning that the rest of my User Groups won’t be able to see this subfolder as well as each contents.

Could you please help me if there is a way to solve this issue and define specific user rights only for the subfolder, cause the setting “Access rights” is in Menu level and not per item?

Hi there. As you can see on the following example you can put some velocity script (for ex) in the menu content: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Menu%20Application#HHierarchyPanel

This means that you could conditionally make some menu entries available when a user is part of a group for ex.
