MoccaCalendar is not showing for other users

Hello,

I have installed MoccaCalendar 2.5.4 on xwiki(debian 10.1).
It is working for admin user and other user who is the main contributor. However, when I created test user to test the view of xwiki the calendar does not show in user interface. It only lists the events.

Please help.

When I give the test user an admin rights, then I can see the calendar with no issue.
Is there any way to fix the issue.

Please Help.
