When I try to move a page that has a translation, I lose this translation every time because it is not moved.
I made sure that the box “Preserve children” is checked.
Is there anything to know? Is it a bug?

Nothing to do with the children IMO.
It sure looks like a bug (and very possibly a regression) to me since it does not make any sense to move a document without its translations (they cannot really be used without the default version).
Should I open a bug on your Jira?
