Move diff plugin to xwiki-attic

Hi devs,

Here’s a vote to move the diff plugin to xwiki-attic.

Note: we have a jira for it at Loading... but I’m proposing to move to attic instead of contrib.

The rationale is:

  • It’s been superseeded by the diff api. See Loading...
  • The watchlist app, which was the last code depending on it AFAIK, has been moved to the attic, see Loading...
