Move several contrib projects to the attic

Hi devs,

I’m proposing to move the following projects to the attic for one of the following reasons:

  • They’re either dead with no activity since a long time, and no foreseeable activity in the future
  • They’re not relevant anymore
  • There’s very little reason for anyone to start working on them

Here’s the list:
