Move xwiki-commons-groovy & xwiki-platform-groovy to xwiki-contrib

Hi devs,

Right now these extensions are bundled in XS but:

  1. We haven’t worked on them for a long time
  2. They were not fully finished (at least for the sandboxing part)
  3. They don’t seem to be used that much

The only reason to keep them in the XWiki GH org would if we think we should continue working on them. Re security aspects, since using Groovy requires PR, we should be fine.
