Move xwiki-contrib/authenticator-saml to the attic

Hi everyone,

I recently stumbled accross GitHub - xwiki-contrib/authenticator-saml: XWiki authentication using SAML · GitHub which is apparenty an extension that has never been released or documented and which is not used AFAIK and more importantly not maintained.

So I’d like to propose we move it to the attic.

Opening the vote until monday 27th of july.
