Seems OK to me, bad timing, maybe. Have you tried for long ? (it usually restarts automatically after a few minutes when the instance is unreachable)
Nobody reported doing any intervention at least so not sure what happen.

Seems OK right now, looks like it’s restarting quite a lot lately.
Actually it’s slow again, need to debug it.
For my Wiki: restart in progress but stucked at 66%.
It seems to be drowning a bit under aggressive content gathering bots.
Down again this morning …
Is there any monitoring performed on this platform?
