myxwiki.org is experiencing important performance issues, so we decided to put on hold the creation of new wiki until we manage to solve them.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll try to keep you informed here about our investigations.
Since the upgrade to 13.9 (and especially due to the fix of [XWIKI-18947] The pre filtering still access the document cache for some user informations - XWiki.org JIRA) myxwiki.org has been behaving a lot better, so we decide to reopen wiki creation on it.
