New contrib extension - API - XDOM Regex

Hello,

With @slauriere, we would like to create a new contrib repository for an API called XDOM Regex. The goal of this API is to provide a way to apply regular expressions on an XDOM (not on a simple text). As part of this extension, we’ll move the developments made as part of the Wiki Transformation application here : https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-transformation-wiki/tree/master/transformation/pattern/src/main/java/org/xwiki/contrib/transformation/wiki/internal/pattern/expression into the API.
