New contrib extension - Citation macro

Hi everyone,

There’s currently a citation macro that I’d need to make available as a contrib. Proposed name and Jira:

  • Name: macro-citation (a fork of the original repository)
  • Jira: CITAM (“M” for “macro” since we may come up with a CITA application in the future)

If ok, that’d be great if someone could create the Jira project (I created the GitHub project already, and can rename it if needed).

Please put this on hold since the citation macro actually depends on the References macro which conflicts with the Reference Macro for the Numbered Content Applications, this might make the need for a contrib release irrelevant.
