New github repo and jira project for the RSS Macro

Hi,

Following Move the RSS Macro from platform to contrib - #6 by vmassol we need a github repo + a jira project for https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/RSS%20Macro

Proposal of names:

  • github repo: rss-display (so that we can have rss-aggregator for example in the future if we want to have a repo for https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/RSS%20Aggregator%20Macro). I find rss to be too generic. And rss-macro could be ok but is dangerous and https://contrib.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome#HChoosingthename says:

    Try to avoid using names that would not work well if some new Maven modules need to be added in the future (e.g. avoid using figure-macro since there could be new modules added that wouldn’t be macros, such as API, Application (XAR) or other module types. In short, this means having a “business” name, not related to the extension type.

  • jira project: “RSS Display” and RSSDISPLAY for the id
