Next XWiki LTS Version?

Dear devs,

may we expect that there will be a new XWiki LTS Version in January 2019?
As per your roadmap, this year will end with Version 10.11.
I guess 2019 will Start with version 11.0 ?

Currently looking really forward to version 10.10, some cool stuff in there
