Hello @tkrieck thx for proposal. I’m a bit lost between the images from the design page and the most recently shared ones. The design does look user-friendly, but I agree with the concerns about showing the full list of details: this might increase review time and could temporarily impact UI performance.
Have you considered an alternative approach, such as displaying only the most recent changes (i.e last 2-3 items) or changes made within a specific time range (e.g., “last 2-3 days”)?
Another thought: when a user checks the details of a notification, should it be automatically marked as read? This idea seems aligned with the improvement request in XWIKI-18088: Set status of notification item to read when user clicks on page link.
