I just want to know if Xwiki (when is update in another version) sends us a notification by email or other ?

Did you try searching on google? 
That usually works well.
For ex: xwiki notiications mail - Recherche Google
Leads to:

And the first link leads to the second one. If you check the second link you’ll find your answer and all features of xwiki about notifications!
