Thanks to @sbernhard this version introduces experimental support for logout in the authenticator (for providers which support it which is currently not the case of the XWiki provider).

It would be good to add the logout endpoint to the documentation. It is necessary in the xwiki.properties.
Well I did added a line for oidc.endpoint.logout in https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/OpenID%20Connect/OpenID%20Connect%20Authenticator/#Hxwiki.properties. Is there something else ?
