PDF attachment thumbnail like in Confluence

Hello,

Is there a way to attach a PDF file by drag & drop to a page and get a thumbnail image of the first page immediately?

We use this function of Confluence daily to create overview pages with many different PDF files included and write comments to every single file.

We are thinking about a migration to XWiki and on of my biggest concerns is that our users will complain if this does not work.

I don’t think this exists ATM. What exists is the use of the pdfviewer macro from the wysiwyg editor but it’s less immediate than a drag and drop. See:
