Is it possible to grant someone the ability to edit group membership of Global Groups, but not allow them be an admin on the main wiki because it grants them access to all sub-wikis? We are using a global group to manage access to about 8 sub-wikis, but at the moment only one admin account has access to maintain the group membership, and we would like more users to be able to maintain the membership.
