Planned upgrade of xwiki.org to latest 16.10.x

Hello everyone,

we’re planning to perform an upgrade of https://xwiki.org next tuesday 15th of April starting at 10:00 AM CET.
As usual all wikis under xwiki.org should remain available during the upgrade but only in readonly. The upgrade should last a few hours if everything’s ok.

Since 16.10.6 release is going to take a bit more time than anticipated, and we would like to upgrade to it, the upgrade is pushed to Tuesday 22nd of April.
