Hello,
I’m quite new to xwiki, but have some good knowledge about linux systems and so on.
Because there is nobody who administrates our wiki, they asked me to do some changes in the configuration. The company I’m working has changed it’s name, so our domains are in change by now also, and there is an issue in moving the wiki.
I’ve found the options to set an alias for the wiki, but I did not get it to move/change the domain name.
Let’s say, the wiki is located under https://wiki.oldname.com/wiki and has to be moved to be on https;//wiki.ournewdomain.info, how and where do I make the nessesary changes?
There is no reverse proxy or anything else in front of the wiki, because it is not a public wiki, but only a wiki to document our internal structures, etc. So, I have no option to do this in proxy config or something like that.
The new address https://wiki.ournewdomain.info is pointing to the xwiki server (which runs on debian), but as soon as the page is loaded, the url is changed back to the old address https://wiki.oldname.com
I found some articles pointing to a xwiki.cfg parameter called xwiki.home, but if I set this to the new address, the page will not load anymore and the browser just shows a blank page.
Any advice how to achieve this?
