Release of Security Advisory Application 1.0

Hi everyone,

I’m happy to announce the release of the first version of the Security Advisory Application. I started working at this application during an XWiki SAS hackathon mainly to simplify my job on handling the process we defined in our security policy. So this extension is highly linked to our current policy, but maybe it could be improved later to adapt to other kind of policies.

It would be awesome to add screenshots on https://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Security%20Advisory%20Application/ to make the page a bit more sexy and so that it’s easier to see what the app looks like.
