Remove all notification filters for all users

Hello!

I wonder if there is a way to remove all “Page only” notification filters for all users ?
I’ve tried to clear notification_filter_prefs database table for the specific user, but that doesn’t seem to have any effect.

I found that thread but I’m not that good at velocity and thought there might an easier way like cleaning DB entries )
