Remove WikiManager.Dashboard from XWiki Standard

Hi everyone,

while investigating for a bug in Dashboard I realized that we had a page `WikiManager.Dashboard` in our repository which is currently installed automatically on subwikis. To my knowledge this page is currently erroring (you can see the result on extensions.xwiki.org for example), there’s no link driving to it in XS, and we have a common Dashboard page for all wikis now coming from the Dashboard application.

So my proposal here would be to simply getting rid of this page in the repository.

This used to be a Dashboard.WebHome page in XEM:

But I don’t see the added value it has, especially since we have a Dashboard.WebHome page containing the Pages, Tags and AS already.

So +1 to remove it.
