Request for creating a new xwiki-contrib repo and a JIRA project for GSoC 2023 Project

Hi everyone!
For my GSoC 2023 project, I’d like to request a new xwiki-contrib repo for the same.

Preferred repo name (open for suggestions):

application-interactive-link-visualizer

Here is the example from my GitHub account which I created for demo purpose:
wthrajat/application-interactive-link-visualizer

Preferred JIRA project name and key (open for suggestions):

Name: Interactive Link Visualizer
Key: INTLV or XINTLV

The name looks fine to me.

What about moving it to XWiki Contrib · GitHub instead of creating a new one ?
