  • description: Playing around for evaluation of the XWiki software.
    Demo at xwiki.com seems not suitable because the evaluation process will take considerable longer than 10 days.
    We are a non profit organization (“gemeinnütziger Verein” according to German law).
    We will not use this instance for production purposes. If XWiki suits our needs, we will later install XWiki on premises.
    In any case, we will later remove this test wiki.

Note that myxwiki.org instances are a bit limited in terms of feature, so not sure it’s the best for evaluation (unless you are only interested in out of the box basic features).

Is xwiki.com more feature-complete? Than I will consider to request a demo there.

MyXWiki.org is a shared XWiki instance where you get a subwiki (hence the limitations).

On the other hand, the xwiki.com farm provides independent VMs with XWiki in it so pretty much everything is allowed (especially create several wikis, install extensions and write scripts that can use privilege APIs, which is not really something we can allow in a shared instance).
